Refund timelines

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Replacements are dispatched once the return is accepted.

Shipping costs

We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments. In other cases, customers may bear return shipping costs.
